The Home Made Veggie Burger

I went shopping this morning to Nilgiri's and got the following
Lettuce
Cheese Slices
Tomato
Potato
Capsicum
Onion
Mustard Sauce
Tabasco
Burger Buns
Veggie Mayo
Carrots
Beans
Bread crumbs
Corn

(A)I boiled and mashed the following after finely chopping em (cooks faster)
Potato
Carrots
Beans

Corn

(B)Fried the Capsicum and Onions (finely chopped) in olive oil ...

Mixed A and B = C

Made patties out of C and dipped it into the bread crumbs

Use the below for dressing

Lettuce
Cheese Slices
Tomato slices
Mustard Sauce
Tabasco
Veggie Mayo

and u shud  get the above burger ... having said that, its easier said than done :)
