Today I attended a talk by TNA Perumal at the Ghandi nagar club organised by the Photo society of Madras.
I must say that it was an excellent experience to see the legend speak.
Every photo taken by him is a piece of art that triggers an explosion of enthusiasm within you, I think he should be called TNT Perumal rather than TNA perumal for his explosive talent. He spoke about composition of photographs, wild life and so many other things and every bit was so interesting.
After attending his speech, one can only become his fan.
His passion for wild life photography is so inspiring, his knowledge about wildlife made me understand today that in-depth knowledge of subject is trivial for a good photo.
To quote some of the tit bits he gave us today
"Well being of the subject is more important than taking the photograph, especially when it comes to wild life"
"A good wild life photo is one in which the subject is shown in its natural habitat"
